Madhan not only ensures the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs but also leverages cutting-edge Agile development and deployment processes to deliver the best user experience to customers.

Earlier, he worked as a Software Developer for Aaranyak Wildlife Conservation, an NGO based in Chennai, India. In this role, he developed Android applications to collect data and automatically sort thousands of photographs from forests, to support ecological conservation.

Madhan holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from California University of Management and Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from J B Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, India.

From PV system commissioning to troubleshooting and resource management for installations, Omkar leads the entire process.

Prior to his current role, he was with Vuronyx Technologies, Boston. In the past, Omkar has designed a sustainable, cost-effective solar irrigation system for rural farms in Peru and a 229.5 kW solar PV system for Stoklosa Middle School, Massachusetts, with a potential to save 50% of energy costs.

Omkar holds a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and is an honorary graduate from BITS Pilani, Dubai.

Nishanth leads the design efforts, system monitoring and performance optimization, in addition to residential and commercial project management.

Prior to his current role, he served Integra Tech as a design engineer.

Nishanth holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University and a mechanical engineering degree from VJ Institute of Engineering and Technology in India.

Passionate about creating a sustainable future, Nicholas strives to boost the local renewable energy portfolio. Leveraging a vast network of communities, local businesses and enterprises, he is responsible for accelerating the adoption of green energies across Virginia.

Before his current assignment, Nicholas served as a sales associate at SolarSME. In the past, he has donned many hats, including community development manager, online marketing strategist and web consultant.

A science graduate from McGill University, Montreal, Nicholas enjoys spending time on creative projects, like photography, video editing and 3D modelling.

Well-versed with direct sales and new business development, he focuses on building long-lasting relationships with customers.

Before his current assignment, Jonathan worked with Suntuity as the District Manager. Previously, he led the sales teams at LGCY Power and started with Trinity Solar.

Amir joined GreenBrilliance in 2015, and over the last five years, he has been driving the company’s sales, automation, CRM and digital marketing initiatives. He also leads the teams that manage relationships with financing partners and pre- and post-sales customer experience.

Prior to his current role, Amir served as the Computer System Analyst and Agile Coach at Freddie Mac. Earlier, he was involved with Fannie Mae, Lockheed Martin, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency and other enterprises.

Amir holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston.
